Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You should get your shipping tracking number following the order confirmation. We are located in northern Minnesota so winter delays may happen on the actual delivery. This is outsideĀ  what we control. We can help update you on order updates.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over within a 75 radius of Duluth, Mn.

Deliveries are made from 7am-4pm Monday-Friday. We will contact you via call or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.Ā 

In-store pickup

With free local pickup at . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.Ā 

Our in-store pickup hours are 7am-4pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Ā 

If you havenā€™t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@hvacprosupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.Ā
